I have mild/moderate SFS.
Going to get a trimax with Ramieri In Nov. Heard he doesn’t downgraft much though.
is Ramieri good for SFS are there good results? Heard he only does like 4.5-5mm downgraft and not sure that’s enough for me. My jaws are not recessed they are just vertically compressed so I need mainly a downgraft + genio.
Or should I do a consult with Alfaro or Raffaini? I’ll be in Spain and Italy to visit soon anyways
