Anybody know any surgeons good at chin wing in the states. Literally every good surgeon is overseas and the staff hardly speaks and are impossible to get in touch with

None that I know of. If it's what you want and you have the anatomy for it (nerves in good location, no pronounced antegonial notch), it's not unreasonable to travel for it as it doesn't require an unreasonable amount of follow-up.
