Its like with blephs most surgeons actually do it well. So you don't need to be super picky. Also do your whole face since they gonna charge the same anyways. They can shove it in a lot of places you wont think of. Like Jawline/Chin to get better definition.

No, anywhere the face holds a fat pad, where the fat pad decreases in size as an effect of ageing benefits. That's the vast majority of the face.

Some places that don’t even native have fat can benefit as well but that’s way more iffy. Ie gabella can benefit but generally the lips cannot.
