Ive heard most people say rhinos are really good in turkey for a good price. Would like to get some opinions. Wanna do it within the next month or so.

As you can see my nose is really fucking with my harmony, so i think working on the shape plus mostly the tip would be a real cosmic improvement.
The "good price" part is not really true anymore in Turkey. Prices have exploded due to very high demand from American & British foids (among others) who are ready to pay high prices by Turkish standards, so Turkish surgeons have rised their prices accordingly. Some of them have doubled or even tripled their prices in the past few years.Ive heard most people say rhinos are really good in turkey for a good price.

Thanks for the high effort reply. And yes i would like to really do my due diligence when it comes to something that can be ruined by rushing it. Will have a look at my local options, based in South Africa. As far as im aware, we do have options here, but I personally am sceptical. I have however seen some good results, yet most of these are of women.View attachment 4863283
Based on this picture, yeah, you would benefit from refinement of the tip, alae, columella, and nostril shape. It will require a surgeon with above average experience and artistry.

As a consequence, expect to pay on average $4-8K for a primary rhinoplasty in Turkey.
If you're chasing low prices, you could probably find more affordable options at comparable skill levels in other Middle-Eastern countries like Lebanon or Iran ().
That said, I seriously advise you against cheaping out. Rhinoplasty is a tricky surgery, and you want to avoid a revision surgery as much as possible, which implies to choose carefully your surgeon for a primary.
Moreover, based on my preliminary research, Turkish rhino surgeons really specialize in female aesthetics, and their showcased results for male rhino are very often lackluster, if not downright bad (noses are too small, too thin, too upturned, etc.).
Based on their Instagram posts, very few Turkish surgeons escape this assessment. Erkan Soylu and Baris Cakir seem to be part of those few exceptions capable of delivering good results on men. Unfortunately, these two are also part of the priciest Turkish rhino specialists (expect prices in the $8-10K range for a primary).
You may want to look at local options in your country, as, who knows, you may find surgeons who do a good job at near equal prices with Turkey. My advice is to start your research in Facebook groups ; simply type in FB research engine "rhinoplasty + name of your country" in your native language. You should be able to collect the most recommended surgeons' names in just a few days. Try then to corroborate this info on other online platforms like Realself, Reddit r/plasticsurgery, Google reviews, etc.
That seems too rushed.
Good surgeons are usually in high demand, with 2+ months waiting list. Being able to proceed with your initial consult and subsequent surgery within just a few weeks can be regarded as a red flag.
I recommend looking at Brazil, rhinos surgeons over there tend to have experience with a lot of different noses, especially ones with bulbous tips and wider alar bases like yours. Prices are pretty good as wellView attachment 4863283

Polly round mtn, lots of flaws holding me back. Id say, biggest flaws are lower third, infras, nose and overall cheek fat. Going for chemical desolvers tmr. And skin lasers the week after that.Whats ur rating
I don't think you need that, you might be falling into PSL autism where you think the more striking you look the better. It doesn't matter what I say anyways since you're getting the procedures tmrGoing for chemical desolvers tmr. And skin lasers the week after that.
Are u khhvP

I decided, i have the funds, and the means to do what I want so im gonna do it because tf notY u getting all these surgery if ur not khhv
Disagree with the infras being a significant flaw.biggest flaws are lower third, infras, nose and overall cheek fat
Thanks for high effort reply. But would this suggestion still apply to my post puberty face? But I do agree even now, that my lower third is what fucks me upDisagree with the infras being a significant flaw.
Instead, I would add excessively tall and broad forehead.
Luckily, it seems to be the hairline & temporal peaks design you were born with, and not the effect of androgenetic alopecia (watch out though).
If confirmed, that would make you a suitable candidate for a hairline lowering surgery. Read this entire thread : https://looksmax.org/threads/forehead-reduction-surgery.1945011/

Your upper third is currently dominant on a vertical axis, which is unideal on men. The lower third should be the largest.

The lower third has been made dominant and overall proportions are close to ideal range.
Even your current combed forward style would be enhanced by this surgery.
also gonna say, that yes four head was an issue. Did a transplant but i am not content with the results, clinic was good, my dads results were good. Guess i just had shit luck. They do offer redos if the transplant is unideal, they just said i should wait until year 2.Disagree with the infras being a significant flaw.
