Best surgeons in turkey for infra implants and bimax

Tired of the softmaxx cope, it's hopeless past leanmaxxing. I'm going all in and using my savings to truly ascend.

Anyone who's had work done in Turkey know trusted surgeons with reputable results?

For a guy with hollow undereyes and recessed maxilla, is bimax + infra better or bimax + fat transfer? I'm not getting fillers too much upkeep and they might sag

implants if u need bone (most likely), fat graft if u need fat

If you go to Turkey, go with Giants he works with Celal and Burak. In today's world there is literally no country with a decent surgeon who is willing to take risks and who has blackpill aesthetics. You need someone who will guide the surgeons.

Think surgeons as construction workers. They have zero clue about facial aesthetics and male attractiveness. They are simply following rigid orders and established rules and they only know the grunt work. You can't just construct an aesthetically pleasing building with only engineers and workers. You need an architect who understands contemporary aesthetics and that architect in our metaphorical scenario is Giants

infra-malar implants and bimax is what you need and if you want get some fat grafting in under eye and uee
