Let’s be real, unless you are very rich who can easily spend 20k on something minor like that, it’s not worth it. If you care about girls and sex, for 20k you can bang 100+ high end escorts looking like fitness playboy models in Eastern Europe. Or do a small plastic surgery that no one will notice. IMHO paying anything more than 5k without medical necessity or SEVERE flaws is stupid
