I was thinking maybe canthoplasty, but people say the results are bad. Is an infraorbital rim implant (saddled) with a lower bleph adequate? Or maybe just a fat graft to make the lower eyelid straight(er)?

Additionally, i’ve heard Dr.Vreck is the best for eye area surgeries, does anyone have anything bad to say about him?

is it ur tilt that's the issue? for example, i have around a tilt thats 3-4 degrees positive but it looks neutral due to lower lid and negative hooding

Tilt is the issue yes. Left eye is neutral, maybe 1 degree positive. Right eye is around 1-2 degree negative sometimes other times it looks like neutral. But when i push some fat on my lower eyelid and fix the curve, my eyes look a lot better, tilt being better or not. Also i’ve never gotten told i have nct i just noticed it slightly in one eye.
