What would be the best surgeries for me? I'm thinking of getting Double Jaw (Lefort I + BSSO), Distraction osteogenesis, rhinoplasty, upper blepharoplasty, canthoplasty, upper lip surgery, leg lengthening and costectomy. I lack Ramus height, my gonial angle is cooked so is my recession (both maxillary and mandible wise), wide down turned nose with a slight dorsal hump and bulbous tip, negative canthal tilted eyes and plenty upper eyelid exposure, long philtrum, short torso big ribcage, and I'm 5'6. Is this valid or did i miss anything. (14 years old)
