Which surgeries should I opt for?

So basically there are 2 routes that I’ve thought about pursuing and I am not sure which would have a higher ROI. The first route I am considering is getting a comprehensive rhinoplasty (I need more radix projection, less width, less nasal aperture projection, which is essentially the distance from my midface and nasal bridge, and to correct the tip), saddled infra orbital implants with a lower blepharoplasty, and possible a lip lift to decrease my philtrum length. However a lot of these results could also be achieved with a lefort 2 and if I get bsso with it it would ascend my side profile, I will likely still need a rhino (though not as drastic), and possibly infra implants even after this surgery however. Attached is my side profile and front profile.
Also before some greycel says I don’t need bimax, although my lower maxilla is forward grown, the midface is still rather hollow due to upper maxilliary recession, realistically lefort 3 would be my ascension, but there is no shot I would get approved for that.
I am just wondering if the results I achieve from getting rhino, infra implants w blepheroplasty, and lip lift would provide results good enough to ascend me or if bimax + whatever surgeries I’d need after is my only option.

youre actually right ab that lol I learned ab it not too long ago although, thinking back I went to a chiro for a hip injury years and years ago before I found out ab looksmaxxing and he mentioned something ab it but I never paid attention to it but I’m doing myofunctional therapy for it good observation

Fat grafting has too unpredictable of results, a lot of the fat typically gets reabsorbed and/or gets absorbed unevenly even doing everything right. Bimax would def be useful though if I could get a lefort 2 to advance my infras but idk if I’m gonna get a surgeon who’d do it on my other than giant jfl. But yea I looked into fat grafting a year or two ago when I first discovered bp and was wanting to do that until I found basically the only way to get at least somewhat desirable results are luck or paired with saddled infra implants.

Dyeing your eyebrows and eyelashes in medium brown (not dark brown) should make a really nice aesthetic difference.
Try to grow the medial part of your eyebrows with microneedling and minoxidil.
You could also grow denser and longer eyelashes with Latisse / bimatoprost.
If you often get bloodshot eyes, look into Visine and the equivalents.
The combination of all the above will make you look healthier and better. And it will bring out your striking eye color.

Still based on that front profile picture, your current chin to philtrum ratio is approximately 1.8 ; outside the ideal range (2.0-2.5).
The altered ratio in the morph below is approximately 2.0 ; within the ideal range.
It's not a huge change, but it does harmonize your face.

The altered nose in the morph below is simply a narrower version of your current nose. Maybe you have something else in mind for your surgery, but it's just to illustrate how a narrower nose would impact your facial harmony.

Also I absolutely need infra implants my eye area is fucked.
Rhino + alarplasty for nose and midface projection into the nose because it’s hollow af in the midsection + I have a slight hump and shit radix
Gonions aren’t that important maybe like last step after the other stuff idk yet
