I was just cursed with the most inward gonions to ever grace the planet.
I’ve heard good things about Giant Implants & Eppley (to an extent).

Thoughts? Morph of Sean O’Pussy shows very similar face shape. Maybe my body-dysmorphia made me go too narrow on the jaw but we’re similar.

Is it really over? I’ve seen literal subhuman troglodytes ascend to HTN/Chadlite via implants & osteomy. I do not believe that it can ever be truly ‘over’ in this world.

Chewing is cope for people with inward & narrow gonions. It makes your midface wider and makes you look bloated. Makes your buccal pads hide your jaw angle even more if your masseters are strong too.

Wouldn’t jaw angle implants with a fuller gonial angle in theory be superior to the Side Wing? Just seems less tedious if I were to go to a surgeon who can translate implants to aesthetics in a reasonable way.

My point lol. I will look into side wings, I’ve heard that you sometimes need multiple to achieve decent results which sounds fucked to me. Good looks though.

Also, in the video linked, are you using natural bone and tilting the gonial angle forward to create a flared look? Haven’t heard of that ever in my life. If that’s what’s happening, that’s crazy.

Your options are jaw angle implants/wraparound jaw implant and side wing/chin wing osteotomy. Those are your only surgical options. (You could do filler, but I wouldn't recommend it.) The implants will have more flexibility in terms of design and size, but the osteotomy is there if you really prefer a "natural" result (no unnatural materials).

Side wing not usually but possible. I have one in my story highlights. Never recommend filler for mine contours. Even if it looks good at first it’s guaranteed to turn to shit soon.
