Definitely need some inframalars for under eye support and supraorbitals for uee. Think you will appreciate the aesthetic outcome with a good implant designer and implant placer

I found a surgeon with 5.0 stars reviews look good everyone has been saying their results were incredible and surgery went smooth going to look more into it

I would invest in fat grafting the supra and under eye at least first. The famous clinic got mogging results in the supras

No nerves about blindness as I will do Whatver it takes to get a better eye area
