best surgery for my lower third?

I have decent chin height but it lacks forward projection and is narrow. As a result of my chin height, I have a high gonial angle despite an average ramus. I also have a narrow jaw (compared to zygos at least).

i know i know, i must be straining your imagination, but I can pm pics if u seem high trust and knowledgeable

What surgeries are the best for improving my lower third? Keep in mind I've already had some variant of MSE and I have a decent maxilla and zygos already

I could be wrong but it does increase some width.

There is also a surgery called side wing if im correct.


But im jelly of you man, i have a wide jaw but a smallish chin due to an overbite.
