Currently thinking about either something for the chin or lower third like implants or maybe filler for my upper lip. Or is there anything you can do to fraud or fix a long philtrum? What do you guys think is best for me for now? Can't currently afford multiple procedures.

some chin and ramus implants and ccw rotation by cutting some parts of the upper maxilla

Just the chin is very recessed
