Best surgery to achieve hollow cheecks

So i've read a few topics but still can't get it; what is ideal to achieve hollow cheecks
is it better to get malar or submalar implants?

depends on the your facial structure&soft tissues. generally zygo + low bf + defined outwards gonions create hollow cheeks. not only depends on the cheekbone.
