I have a similiar lower third obv I have a better maxilla But was curious of a cheek bones implant Would help with widening alot

or What Would be the way to look more dysmoprhic with a lowerthird like this?

Intresting essentially look like me with worse eye area

Guess it Might not be as Big of a problem as I make it out to be then But I am a philtrumcel so my harmony is not as Good roughly tbh
