Best surplus while on gear?

Gonna be hopping on 600mg test e next week

I have heard conflicting things about surpluses, gymcels on r/steroids say a 500 cal surplus, meanwhile some here say 100-200 surplus is enough while on gear.

Thoughts?

Can I suggest to you Deca only Instead? Everyone does test because "it's the normal thing to do", but it's the worst steroid for looksmaxxers because it can cause hairloss if you're prone, it can cause gyno, can cause acne.

Deca only with exogeneous estrongen or low dose dbol is ideal. Deca only is very hair safe, in fact people sometimes regrow hair on deca and you will put on more muscle with deca

Ive gained muscle in a deficit on gear but any more than 500 cal surplus is a waste and 300 gets you most of the results, esp on gear staying as lean as possible is ideal.

I've already bought 4 vials of test so I'm just gonna run that for now but I will consider Deca for my next cycle, thx man.

Monitor hair religiously. A lot of people start thinning when they take high doses of testosterone. Ideally use dut 2.5mg and RU. Pass your hands through your hair every morning, if you start seeing way more hairs fall into the sink than usual then reassess

What if i only feel satiated when i eat in a 5000 kcal surplus?
Then that means you're probably not giving your body what it wants, that is, nutrients. Start slamming nutrient dense foods to curb satiety signals.
