To be fair if your body already has a top tier SHWR, It is going to look good regardless of what you use, But in general i would go with a tank top like the evogen one.

a wife beater shirt is specifically made of ribbed cotton, is monochrome, and the intended wear is as an undershirt. The ribbed cotton in a wife beater undershirt makes it dimensionally unstable and ghetto looking.
The tank top I posted is made from combed cotton and comes in a large variety of colors because it is intended as a gym shirt, not an under shirt.
