9/10 face but yellow and crooked teeth will lower you points
So to start the tooth paste
Gonna wanna use Colgate optic white pro series 5% hydrogen peroxide (toothpaste with highest level of peroxide) it’s only 15 buck on Amazon
After you finishing brushing use Colgate optics white mouthwash 2% hydrogen peroxide and swish in yo mouth for as long as you want. Can get a 3 or 6 pack for 20 to 30 bucks
now you can use any strips I get some cheap ones on Amazon for like 27 bucks and work the same as crest
Then before you go to sleep use the crest overnight whitening pen, cost about 20 bucks
After doing all this my teeth became almost unnaturally white and started getting lots of compliments on my smile, if u get any sensitive then u just a bitch
