i paid $200 for mine and they gave me trays molded to my teeth and philips whitening gel to put in it

i used to buy strips but they make you sensitive as hell, now i just wear my tray with the nighttime gel overnight once every 3-4 months

strips probably work better if you are fine with hella sensitivity, get crest professional effects
