Currently 6ft, 140lbs , 20 yrs looking to bulk thinking of hopping on test what's the best cycle I don't want to do to much as I am on quite a budget I heard sarms are not with it so that's out the picture any recommendations would help.

that's more personal, start at 150, add more if you handle it well, for blood pressure, do your cardio and stay hydrated, consider adding Cialis or telmisartan
