Best things to do for skin after accutane cycle?

Currently I am off my Accutane cycle it worked really well.

What is the best way to get rid of the redness aka (Post Inflammatory Erythema)

You can use 0.1% but that might be too painful and risky so try 0.05%

start off w 0.05 or 0.025 and titrate up to 0.1 if u can tolerate it. tret wont fix redness but is overall helpful to maintain the results from accutane
