How come?

I’m at like 17% bf rn prob gonna bulk past 20% by January at the very least but I want to be under 15% by summer, idk if I should start cutting at February and cut all summer or if I should start lean bulking when summer starts

yea, now that i am off my pills i can start getting back in shape again. Got to lose like 50 pounds.
