this was a question i had myself and i tried every possible way. never go beyond 80mg at once if you have twink body weight like me, it will give you terrible stomach cramps and you wont be able to sleep. if you can be disciplined to not drink too much water when you start feeling the dehydration I recommend 12 hours before the event. keep hydrating your under eye area with ha serum during the whole time, so you don't destroy your eye area with it.
to be honest, I think it's better to debloat in a 2 day span. 40mg one day and 40mg the other, this way your body won't destroy your eye area so brutally because you still have some water during the process, you lose it slowly
