I'm pale as hell too and it's not tinted but Blue Lizard Sensitive SPF 50 felt super hydrating on my skin
Now for tinted I've tried korean brands, the best one imo is Beauty Of Joseon Tinted Sunscreen spf 50, it's around $10 and now that its black friday it's better to get stuff like this as well, there's many shades in the website for you to check, although good to test in-person.
The shade I got for mine was LN110, so just check for urself if it interests you, def worth the investment.
