all topical retinoids will be over the counter/can buy online, except for tretinoin i think. retinol or adapalene should be enough if you just want decent skin/slightly less acne. get some differin or general retinol from amazon or something idk. just look it up

Wash twice face with cleanser a day moisturize then benzoyl peroxide (or adapelene) at night and retinol in the morning and if you want tretinoin you can get it prescribed or over the counter and just follow the directions
