Topical ghkcu and for me, I’ve just went to my skin doctor and he prescribed me some cream, so the same and ask your doctor for advise

And of course it’s not gonna work like crazy, it’s just topical but he doesn’t want to do accutane so I’m assuming he just doesn’t want to inject so topical is the best way to go here

i mean tret and basic skincare like cleansing and sunscreen and he will be fine
if not accutane
