Best treatment for PIE scaring?

Main problem with my skin the red PIE scaring after even a small pimple last weeks. Prob will try tret soon but besides that what’s good? I’ve tried everything suggested only thing that kinda worked is Adapaline Gel. Not too concerned with my acne it’s moderate and most likely hormonal. Starting hgh anyways so it’ll only get worse

u need to megadose it, that and azelaic acid are the only things that help, i had horrific as PIE basically lasted 2 year, new ones kept coming up, i hopped on accutane and no new ones popped up so they faded away this year.

u need to megadose it, that and azelaic acid are the only things that help, i had horrific as PIE basically lasted 2 year, new ones kept coming up, i hopped on accutane and no new ones popped up so they faded away this year.

Accutane will prob be the only sure solution but since I’m starting hgh in a week or 2 im gonna wait till after my cycle

Azaelic acid is not good for depigmentation , do what @FiendFiend said and start shallow microneedling.
