Best type of magnesium for puberty?

Title, I read that this is very important for growth (Along with calcium and zinc) but there doesn't need to be a forum consensus on what is ideal. BTW what would you recommend as a dosage level.

100-200mg elemental magnesium from magnesium bisglycinate with dinner or post-workout, DO NOT TAKE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH
