I've got some dark spots underneath my eyes as well as hollowness. I'm wondering what's the best cream I can get in order to address the issue without potentially damaging my skin. I was recommended a brand called Musely by a friend, but I'm still researching that specific ointment.

if you have hollow undereyes and genetic dark circles, no ointment will fix it. ive heard that icing them, using retinols, or using serums that contain caffeine/vitamin c may help. once again, nothing is guaranteed and different results are for different people.
