Best ungoogle'd/unapple'd smartphone?

What smartphones are the best? Soygle and Crapple not included. I want one of picrel (Nokia n9) or really any from the early smartphone era when competition still existed (see Blackberry Storm). Mine needs Wifi connectivity.
