naval warefare on roblox old but very good , Cod ghost and warthunder also the old forza games were fun to play with my relatives a simpler time

tbh half life was inspired by quake/doom in terms of 3d level design/gameplay so you could say it began back then tbh

Kinda but these had levels with portals, HL was the first to try and make a seemingly seamless game world in a shooter (divided only by 1.5sec loading times and environment progression barriers such as power generators RE style)

But regarding gameplay and overall design yeah its directly from those older titles
