-Anything under 1,000$ with a metal or leather strap

A good and unique one for this category would be something like the Concord Saratoga

thats why most analysts either wear an apple watch, nothing at all, or some understated seiko/tissot/hamilton type watch until bonuses hit.

And the fact that there’s a slight chance that you have a just as nice or nicer watch than someone who has an ego, or some sort of napoleon type complex with the watches.

And they determine if you get a return offer, a bonus, or a promotion. You jeopardize that over a watch and it’s just not worth it.
