Go to an area where whites are not a majority but are still present. White girls will be more receptive to you vs areas where ethnics are too small of a minority and you are seen as a token. It's an uphill battle trying to compete as a token minority. You just won't be taken seriously. You need to go to one of two extremes. Either a place with literally no other ethnics, or a place with many ethnics. If it has a few, FOB, ethnics you're associated with them and have a bad reputation. If there are a ton of ethnics ethnic tax is almost zero. If there are no ethnics girls there will be at least a 1% of girls who are into darker looking guys etc. There will also be less stereotypes because a lot of people won't even know what you are. I say this as someone who has a typical MENA pheno in a very euro place. I get so many guesses of different races from all over the world lol.
