What is the best way to reduce weight fast as fuck for eg: 2 kgs a week and not gain it afterwards

it gen works although i dont recommend it as it can fuck up your hairline and reduce muscle
 
I don’t care much about muscles but hairline currently I’m consuming 700 cal
nah 700 cals is a lifetime sentence for hairline esp if youre still young
try to get at LEAST 1k cals in there. anything less will have severe consequences

use castor oil (it isnt cope, i promise) DAILY. and make sure you get enough hydration, esp when youre cutting. drink at least 3 litres of water daily as it does indeed contribute to hair growth. oh, and make sure you get at least some sort of physical activity in so your body doesn't shut down. this can even be done at home. just get a pullup bar and spam it. or, if you want to up things up a bit, do some floor exercises.

btw muscle doesnt disappear as much during a deficit if you work them out. remember, the only time your body BURNS the muscle is if it isnt utilised. so, utilise all of your muscles so the fat burns instead.

niga castor oil WON'T grow hair it only thickens it and restore the grease in it, which is why it'll look fuller, lighter, and more dense, but for hair growth minoxidil, ghk-cu and maybe peppermint oil is the only solution (idk if latisse works on hairline, since it does for eyelashes my guess would be it's worth a try)

Retatrutide and stimulants (adderal, vyvanse, high dose caffiene) + you can drink gallon and a half a day to just piss out everything as soon as it enters your body.
