Can't do shit after work niggas. What's the best way or nootropic to recover asap?
Gym? Recommend me nootropics as well? Bromantane??

Living only for the weekends is cucked guys, I need to lock in
Aight bro what I used to do when I worked and I got off at 6pm (day was over basically)
I would do either of these 2 things that worked well for me:

1- I used to time my coffee, basically it’s good to drink coffee atleast 8h before you go to sleep, not later cuz it might fuck up your sleep, so at the end of my lunch break (when most people get super sleepy because of lunch and eating a bunch of carbs) I took a coffee at 2 pm basically (or even 3/4 pm if you can access the coffee machine, at my job they used to block them and unlock them only at breaks jfl), and I always tried to keep my lunch carb free and only protein and fats to not get tired later. So basically I’d get off work where I’d still have energy to do other stuff but not too much to fuck up my sleep.

2- On some occasions I tried a new routine, which is pretty hard if you are not really disciplined, basically waking up at 5 am (2 hours and a half before commuting to work at 7.30 am) and worked out, or did whatever I needed to do. Once I got home from my job I would just relax and sleep early.

This is a side note but it’s totally normal to do NOTHING after getting home from work.

Jews have spent billions coming up with the perfect way to reduce us into working rats and have no energy left to do anything after work. 99% of people can’t do shit after work and it’s normal because it drains you.

I had to quit working out when I got a job and worked out at home because going to the gym would literally take too much energy and I couldn’t.

Fucking real rap right here. Its crazy how this jew world works, yeah. But tbh it also motivates me knowing how much a good routine and discipline puts me ahead of other people. Ill have to wake up at 4:30am, shit would mog. Only problem is my low blood pressure right now, making it hard af to get up in the morning. Ill look into nootropcis as well. Bromantane seems to be the most mogger out of all of them. Will use the caffeine strat from you as well now and luckily they dont block our machine haha.

You can do it, I can’t say much on nootropics cuz I haven’t tried any personally so I wouldn’t give out bullshit without having tried it first.

But good luck bro, it’s a hella of a fucking job to be able to do anything besides work, would put you instantly in the top 1%.
