yeah just buy some lsd and make sure to dose it right and youll sleep good jflget lithium and lsd. If youre sleeping at say 6 am in the morning then next day sleep at 10 am, the day after sleep at 12 am, the day after at 2 pm, the day after at 6 pm. then eventually sleep at 10 pm. Lithium will help you cope with this subhuman adjustment period and low dose lsd will make you feel less depressed and will also increase light sensitivity in the morning so that you dont feel too bad. Its still going to suck heavily but its the only way to fix it. Once its fixed never deviate from it, and if at all you sleep late one day for some reason, the next day take melatonin 0.3 mg as early as 5 pm.
you will see a lot of copes in this thread from people who never had to deal with it, trust me none of that shit works. the only way is to sleep later and later.
