What is the most cost effective way to make your teeth white for the long term without having the dentist do it? I have heard of using hydrogen peroxide and obviously whitenting strips. Does anyone have further suggestions?

just dont eat like shit i eat mostly clean and dont even brush more than one time a day and my teeth are white
