Best way to be completely cleanshaven?

Philips oneblade nigger blade leaves behind stubbles and razor blade even with the shaving cream also leaves stubbles. Is it a skill issue on my part or are these 2 devices just ass. I heard foil shaver can prevent stubbles but idk for sure. I also heard something about a safety razor being good. How can I get baby skin instead of nigger stubbles

Nah I dont want something permanent bro. I just mean what regular shaving device prevents those stubbles. I dont mind shaving every day, but how hard I shave those small stubbles dont go away.

I just use a single blade once with the grain once against. I get razed burn in my neck time from time tho.
