Get the actual collagen powder from the store if you haven't done so already.

sun screen is legit the most important thing by far, you always post from the beach and shit, sooo if your not wearing spf 50 at allt imes and reapplying every 3 hours you are not collagen maxxing

I add 1-2 scoops of collagen peptides powder to my protein shakes every day. My skin is pretty smooth, I have thick hair, few acne, and no eye bags. Collagen powder is expensive but worth it. Will cost you like $25-30/month.

Isn't eye bags are collerated to bad Infraorbitals?

Maybe but sometimes I used to wake up with slight bags. Since i've started to take collagen, it has made it non-existent. But I don't know the science behind it. You could be right. Could be coincidental!

protein powder (1-2 scoops, 30-60g), collagen powder (1-2 scoops, 6-20g), vitamin C gummies (2 of them, 250mg total), vitamin d3 gummies (2 of them, 50mcg/2000 IU), and sometimes fish oil pills or sardines for brain stimulation or the extra protein (I take this like twice a week:

Red light therapy and microneedling. I believe retinol works too.
