Best way to bulk fast?

I’m trying to bulk fast, I’m around 117 5’9, 14, I just need to put on weight fast so I can cut even faster, what is the best thing to eat, and how should I prepare/cook/blend it

Yeah. i did that and it took me from pic 1 to 2
also took gear but u get the point. If you get a lot of fat you will just look worse. do a 4-500 calorie surplus max and focus on carbs and protein.
If you are natural, there is no point of more than 300 calorie surplus. And bulking “fast” is stupid, you will just gain fat.

You should only lean bulk, trust.
You will just gain hella fat
 
Nothing good comes from bulking fast.

Just focus on eating a ton of kcal of carbs and protein

Even using gear and growth going above a 500 surplus is pretty fucking retarded.

You’re 14 I would not try to do anything extreme to your body, you’re still young and developing just eat healthy and stay active bruv

Thank you, will do, btw can you give me some back, shoulder, and chest exercises for a V-taper, I don’t have the best clavicles but I got a wide rib cage, if you want i can send a pic

I would never recommend a bulk. Eat at maintenance calories always if you're not cutting

Is bullshit. Gear won’t benefit you if you do not eat in a surplus, you will make very little progress and your physique will not progress nearly at the rate it could. Blasting Tren year round is not a good substitute for lackluster diet.

Yeah i agree. I'm not talking ab myself but more ab the guy who made this threat.

I cruised on test so took in in a cut and upped my dose and added other compounds while bulking. took glp-1 and cut all my fat and it worked wonders fr

Yup, that’s the way. Get to the point where you have veins running up your abdomen, up the gear and surplus from there.
