Even using gear and growth going above a 500 surplus is pretty fucking retarded.If you are natural, there is no point of more than 300 calorie surplus. And bulking “fast” is stupid, you will just gain fat.

Been there, done that on over a gram of AAS and Growth. Although the surplus was diabolical.
Is bullshit. Gear won’t benefit you if you do not eat in a surplus, you will make very little progress and your physique will not progress nearly at the rate it could. Blasting Tren year round is not a good substitute for lackluster diet.Eat at maintenance calories always if you're not cutting
