That depends on your weight and the consistency/speed of your run. Also things such as humidity, sunlight exposure, environment(Is it not very flat? And do you take many turns?) etc have an influence. Realistically you would have to jog 40% or so of a marathon to lose that many calories. Also if your sleep is poor. You will literally be half as efficient at losing that extra weight.just to get a quick idea of how much energy you would need to expend:
running one mile, or 1.6 km burns about 100 calories, so you would need to do the equivalent exercise of 10 miles or 16 km within an hour.
was more just saying that to say how improbable it is that anyone will burn those calories. unless you can run that far at a 6 minute per mile pace, its probably not happeningThat depends on your weight and the consistency/speed of your run. fat loss happen while sleeping like building muscle? You will literally be half as efficient at losing that extra weigh
Lol a six minute mile is something that athletes on average do. Let alone the average .org member.was more just saying that to say how improbable it is that anyone will burn those calories. unless you can run that far at a 6 minute per mile pace, its probably not happening
Yes, if you don't get enough sleep your body cucks you and thinks you are on some starvation mode. Your insulin raises and you get hungrier as well. If you have poor sleep then don't expect results from cardio. That was my biggest mistake.fat loss happen while sleeping like building muscle?
8hr sleep or death?Lol a six minute mile is something that athletes on average do. Let alone the average .org member.

Get long quality sleep. 6 hours of sleep from 10pm to 4am is superior to 8 hours from 1 to 9. 10pm to 6am is the best. This is assuming you have limited light exposure to induce REM of your sleep cycle. Also depends on seasonal/earth tilt changes which can extend or shorten the day and night separately.8hr sleep or death?
why 10 better? i usually sleep at 1am ish.Get long quality sleep. 6 hours of sleep from 10pm to 4am is superior to 8 hours from 1 to 9. 10pm to 6am is the best. a 6 minute mile would be impressive on its own, sustaining that pace for 10 miles is literally world record beating by far.Lol a six minute mile is something that athletes on average do. Let alone the average .org member.
