There’s no way to know just look at the males in your family and there height and go off that or growth plates but they only show when you’ll stop growing not how much you will grow

Just look at there heights and you will most likely be similar you can also ask your brothers if you have any when they stopped growing or when they grew the most or ask your dad

im the oldest child..

do i have potential for 6'4? (im 6'1 at 14 rn i know its practically impossible to tell and anyone has potential for any height)
Probably, just maximise hgh snd vitamin D

Literally impossible, if you have numbers from previous years and time span also tanner stage + parents' height you can get something but you could literally just stop growing next month. Again if you are like 13 you have a couple years minimum like so many retarded questions like this

parents are really short, cos of external factors blah blah blah but genetically my family is pretty tall, (great grandmas on both sides were like 6'2+)
holy shit a woman being 6'2+ is insane, both of my grandpa's on both sides are 6'2, i do have 3 uncles 6'4 tho but idk..

not the most accurate formula. the khamis roche formula is more accurate since it takes into account your parents' heights as well as your current height. You should combine tanner stage, parents' heights, puberty speed, your own history of growth spurts and spurt downtime, age at puberty onset, ethnicity and age to get your future height.
