Best way to cope with a long midface :)

0. Wide haircut (Lions mane type haircut)
1.Fillers to jaw and chin
2. Chewing (Takes at least 2 weeks)
3. Mewing (Only works if you have a palate IMW of above 37mm and below 20 years)
4. MSE (adds nice width, Potential IPD changes)
5. Bimax........ (this nerfs Your cheekbones)
6. Lefort 3 (You arent geting this buddy boyo lolololol)\
7. MSDO +MSE then Jaw surgery (Ok now your getting somewhere)


*Sorry this is low effort I had 5 minutes to make this ill expand on it later the goal is too movev the maxilla up and forward this while shorten the midface width and angularity is a good way to balance out the long face.

Lefort III is crazy but unfortunate most surgeons don’t do that just for midface shortening. Cause the procedure is to risky. If you sub 4 and very close to ropemaxx may consider an Indian surgeon, they mostly will do that. But chances are high that you fucked up

Imo there is enough ways besides lefort 3 plus long as it it isn’t 0.80

I know some may refer to do a rhino to shorten midface but then it’s happen that your philtrum gets too long. You can fix that through a lip lift but as a result your upper lip is way to up and it looks your a mouth breather.
