Best way to fix a recessed face aside from roids and surgery during puberty?

I'm still in puberty but im pretty recessed, only my maxilla is good because of the 2 times I got a marpe. I can't get surgery yet, cause I'm not old enough and can't roid or take growth hormone because my parents would find out and kill me. What do I do? Any options besides headgear?

age is a big factor, if ur above 15 lol ur barely going to ssee growth if ur under you'll see something.
also roids arent going to magically give u forward growth and fix ur recession.
