Best way to fix chink monolid?

As we all know, east asians have different standards when it comes to eyes usually because of epicanthic fold and lack of browridge. Are there any procedures or any techniques (ie: ice hooding) I can do to lessen this death sentence? I'm assuming that double eyelid surgery is the way to go, but I was wondering if there were any alternatives. I'm 15 if that helps.

So basically kpopmaxx and then rope at 25 is the only option I'm seeing here.

medial epicantho is a surgery specifically for this.
