You don't need a bimax buddy. Unless you really want your side profile to resemble a dog.

You look totally fine man. And you are not down grown! You don’t need bimax at all. The most you can do is a small genio which may improve your profile a bit.
Also already Hmtn.

Based on that front profile pic, I see the following flaws :
- receded temporal peaks, and maybe a hairline that is set too high. Given your young age, this is probably the design you were born with, and not the consequence of androgenetic alopecia.
- unideal eyebrow shape ; the lateral parts are too tall compared to the medial parts.
- alar asymmetry ; the right ala (left in the pic) is significantly wider than the left.
- unideal mouth to nose width ratio (~1.26). The wider right ala contributes to this issue.
- unideal lower to upper lip ratio ; your upper lip is proportionately too thin.
- jaw frontal angle is a bit too acute (85-86°), but the camera being too close to your face could explain that in part.

Suggested solutions :
> grow your hair a bit longer and keep coping with an improved combed forward hair style. Watch out for any sign of AGA in the coming years, as you don't want your temporal peaks and hairline to recede any further. If no AGA in sight, and if your condition bothers you, you could be a suitable candidate for a forehead reduction surgery (check out Dr. Gal Aharonov's instagram to get a grasp of what's achievable).
> use minoxidil + microneedling to grow taller medial eyebrows. Shape the lateral parts differently until you reach a good balance between medial & lateral parts.
> alar plasty for the right ala only. Maybe combined with a subtle tip & bridge refinement (not mandatory, but could be beneficial if done tastefully).
> lip lift. Not only would it fix your lower to upper lip ratio, it would also optimize your chin to philtrum ratio. Perhaps the highest ROI hardmaxx for you.

The morph at the top of this post roughly simulates those suggestions.

Throw in some additional Latisse/bimatoprost to grow longer eyelashes (not shown in the morph) ; your eyes are your biggest asset and you should draw attention to them as much as possible.
You seem to be storing some baby fat in the cheeks that will probably shed within the next few years. If you retain that fat once your face has matured and if you would like more definition in this area, then you could consider fat dissolvers (lipo vela, aqualyx, etc.) and hardmaxxing alternatives.

Side profile is mostly cope. You're not significantly downgrown and shouldn't bother with a bimax (unless you're suffering from severe breathing and/or occlusal issues), nor with any other procedure exclusively targeting your side.

Thank you I appreciate actual information I agree with everything you said especially the eyebrows and nose, I will say the top lip might be a little to large for my taste in the morph but I def get what you are going for I think it would be a good idea just not to that extent.
