best way to gain confidence to talk infront of many people?

basically i have a speech to give to a class of 30 people on tuesday and idk how to get the confidence. i get really nervous to the point i have trouble taking in air and talking.
Doesn't help that I have an accent and kinda ashamed of it.

What do u guys recommend
