Best way to gain lower third height?

I permajut in an undetectable way to gain a bit of lower third height and it legit ascends me.

I know about genio, bimax, BSSO, and wraparound jaw implants. Which one would be most effective and efficient to achieve a taller lower third? I'd preferably just want one procedure for this.

Lower jaw or mandible is slave to Upper jaw (maxilla) move it forward lower jaw automatically becomes better

What is the point of BSSO CCW then, if your mandible will grow in accordance to your maxilla? Surely, you need it, or else you will develop an overbite?
