best way to gain weight fast at 6'4?

Im 6'4 and 64kg rn (fml) never struggled with eating disorders or anything of the sort just always had a fast metabolism is there any pharmaceuticals which could help slow down my metabolism or give me more of an appetite? I already eat 3800cals a day which is over my maintenance but the scale just doesn't want to move

In that chase why completely rule out that u might just be tracking wrongly if you think that ur over maintenance but say that the scale is not moving then ur not over maintenance simple thermodynamics up ur calories by 100-200 till you start seeing a moving rate that satisfies you
