PEEK supraorbital implants but results arent as good as natural prominent brow ringe, unless you expand your soft tissues before surgery.
Prominent browringe is effect of forward growth, so mainly cranial base.

I dont know if there is any way to go to PLS+1

Depends on age, most guys get those features anywhere from 16 - 18 and you do have a browridge, just not a very prominent one
